This micro-credential provides an overview of project management practices for creative professionals interested in developing their business skills. Students will be introduced to agile, waterfall, and hybrid project delivery frameworks. They will learn about agile project frameworks such as scrum and Kanban, as well as the Project Management Institute's five project phases and ten project knowledge areas. This micro-credential will provide best practices for entrepreneurs who are looking to utilize project management tools and techniques to create a solid foundation for their business.

- Develop a project’s schedule for all work tasks and activities,
- Estimate all costs and develop a project budget,

Earning Your Micro-credential Badge
As part of the modules in each micro-credential, you will complete assignments and exercises outlined in each micro-credential. These build towards the required evidence for each micro-credential that is submitted at the end of the micro-credential modules.
Successfully demonstrated application the key outcomes as part of the required evidencing will be recognized with a digital badge for the specific micro-credential. A link to the badge will be sent via email that can be added to resumes and posted on social media platforms.
