Important Notice: Password Reset Change

Upcoming Launch of Self-Serve Password Reset Functionality: Sept 30th.

On September 30, 2022 the Change Password and Forgot Password functionality for OCAD U student accounts will be updated to a more modern self-serve format.

It is important that OCAD U students understand what the new pages look like. Cyber criminals often attempt to recreate password reset pages as a method to compromise credentials and access secure accounts.

The Change Password screen will look like this:

Continuing Studies students are also now required to sign into web services, including Canvas Cloud (OCAD U's learning management system) and TopDesk (for IT Services Support) with an OCAD U Email Address. When prompted, please enter your OCAD U username followed by For example, if your username is X012345, you will use (Note that this is not an email account). Your password will remain the same. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here:

You can continue using your OCAD U username (without to access your Continuing Studies Student Portal, on-campus computers, and the OCAD U WiFi network, until further notice.
